QA/QC Introduction
Supervised by the top engineers in the R&D department, our QA/QC department is divided into three parts. They are IQC, IPQC and FQC respectively.IQC: heading by an engineer, a group of 8 are aiding the sourcing department to inspect the raw materials that are sourced from our suppliers. Their key task is to make sure that the sourced materials are of great function. A thorough inspection is called for aiming at avoiding any mal-function parts entering the production line. Our inspectors follow the ISO900: 2001 standards strictly during inspection. Further more, the engineer will provide guidance to the sourcing department helping them to select the best raw material suppliers, giving feedback information to the sourcing department.
IPQC: inspection conducted during production procedures assuring the best quality control. These inspectors are well trained and diligent. Battery¡¯s major function characteristics like voltage stability, life span, vibration resistance, internal resistance and electrolyte leakage are being examined. This stage is to supervise and guarantee the production workers follow the code of conduct during production procedures and avoid defects.
FQC: a vital step on inspecting the goods before delivery. A thorough inspection is called for on examining the finished products before delivery. In this stage, the FQC should strictly follow the order form provided by the marketing department and make sure that the finished products are exactly following the confirmed samples and meet all the requirements of the customers.
The goods that are of excellent function and meet all the quality standards will be delivered to the buyer. The defects found during the inspection will be returned back to R&D department for analysis. Any quality related problems found after delivery, our QA/QC department will be in full responsibility.
